# Engagements and pricing: NZ$12k build or NZ$6k/month

> Two ways to work with us: a one-off System Build from NZ$12k that we hand over, or a Growth Partner engagement from NZ$6k/month where we build and run it.

Everything starts the same way: the [free audit](/docs/the-audit), then a written [30/60/90 day plan](/docs/how-it-works) with the price on it. The numbers below are where each engagement starts, and your final price is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

## How much does it cost?

There are two ways to work with us, and you pick one. Either we **build** the system and hand it over for you to run, or we **build it and run it** as your growth partner. It isn't a sequence, and there's no setup fee to clear before the real engagement starts.

    A focused sprint to design and build your growth marketing system: creative, ads, funnels, and tracking wired together and ready to run. We hand it over and you run it.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Growth Partner — from NZ$6k per month" icon="chart-line">
    **Most popular.** We build the system and then run, test, and scale it, like a senior growth team without the headcount. Minimum 90 days, then month to month.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

Both are starting prices. They step up with the scope of the system: how many channels we're running, how much creative the plan calls for, and how much paid media we're managing. Prices are in NZD and exclude GST.

## System Build

**From NZ\$12,000, one-off.** A fixed sprint with a defined end. We build the system, document it, and hand you the keys. From there it's yours to run, with your own team or whoever you choose.

* Growth audit + alignment workshop
* Customer, offer & channel strategy
* [Performance creative](/docs/system/performance-creative) starter set
* [Paid ads](/docs/system/paid-ads) build (Meta & Google)
* [Conversion funnel](/docs/system/conversion-email) & landing pages
* [AI Search / SEO](/docs/system/ai-search-seo) foundations
* [Analytics & revenue tracking](/docs/system/data-attribution) setup
* Handover docs — you own everything

## Growth Partner

**From NZ\$6,000 per month.** We become the fractional growth team inside your brand: we build the system *and* run it. There's no separate build fee, because building it is how the engagement starts. The first 90 days are the commitment, and after that it runs month to month.

* The full system build, included
* Weekly test-and-learn cycles
* Ongoing creative production & refresh
* Paid ads management & scaling
* AI Search / SEO content engine
* Landing page & funnel optimisation
* Plain-English monthly reporting
* Direct access to the team — no account layers

## Why 90 days, then month to month

Ninety days is the natural unit of growth work. It's long enough to fix measurement, pick up the quick wins, and get a proper read on new creative, and it's the window the build itself has to pay back over, since it's carried in the monthly rather than charged up front. Committing to less than that would mean pricing the build separately, which is exactly the setup fee we're trying to avoid.

After the first 90 days there's a review against the plan, and the engagement rolls month to month. We'd rather keep the work by earning it than write you into a long contract.

## Which one is right for you

The build suits brands that already have someone to run the system day to day: an in-house marketer, a capable team, or a founder who wants to drive it themselves. You get a working system and full documentation, and it keeps working whether or not we're in the room.

The partnership suits brands who don't want to hire for it. A growth system needs someone running it week to week, testing creative, reading the numbers, and moving budget. That's the part most teams underestimate, and it's why most clients choose this path.

## Always included

    Ad accounts, analytics, the [growth sheet](/docs/system/data-attribution#what-is-the-growth-sheet), creative files, and automations all live in your name from day one. If we ever part ways, everything keeps working.

  <Card title="Transparent reporting" icon="chart-mixed">
    The growth sheet is live, and it's yours. Check the numbers at 11pm on a Tuesday if you want; nothing waits for a report.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Straightforward terms" icon="calendar-check">
    The build is a one-off with a defined end. The partnership is 90 days, then month to month. Nothing longer, either way.

## How pricing works

The work is priced before we start and doesn't change unless the scope does, and scope only changes if you change it. Ad spend is separate: it's always paid by you, directly to the platforms, in your own accounts. We never mark up media, and we take no percentage of spend, so our advice about your budget is never influenced by our fee.

## Commercial details

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="How do you invoice?">
    The System Build is invoiced at the start of the sprint. The Growth Partner engagement is invoiced monthly in advance.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do we have to pay for the build before the monthly starts?">
    No. Those are two different ways of working, not two stages of one. If you take the Growth Partner engagement, the build is part of it and it's covered by the monthly fee. You only pay a one-off build fee if the build is all you want.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens after the first 90 days?">
    We review the work against the plan in writing, and the engagement rolls month to month. You can stop whenever it stops being worth it; the system is yours and fully documented, so it keeps working.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do you work alongside in-house teams and existing freelancers?">
    All the time. We slot in where the gaps are. If you already have an editor, a designer, or an ads person who's good, we'd much rather direct their work than replace them.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can we start smaller?">
    Sometimes, and it's worth asking. A growth system needs a minimum level of effort before it can work at all, and a small budget spread across three channels usually means none of them get a fair run. That's why the engagements are priced where they are. If budget is the constraint, tell us where you're at. Sometimes the answer is a tighter scope, and sometimes it's to wait a quarter. We'll tell you which we think it is.
